The home of this tasty edible and medicinal mushroom is the Brazilian rainforest. The ABM offers the highest content of valuable polysaccharides of all known medicinal mushrooms. The content of beta-d glucanes – a sub-group of the polysaccharides - is especially noteworthy. In addition, the Agaricus contains mineral substances, vitamins and important amino acids. We recommend following procedure: Germination of spores on agar medium and / or rye grain substrate. The ready colonized rye grain is suitable to inoculate fruiting substrate.

Stored in a cool (max. 20 °C) and dark place, packed in airproof bags (zip-lock bags), spore syringes are germinable for at least 1 year from delivery. We reommend to store spore syringes not colder then 5 degrees celsius or 41 degrees fahrenheit.
