Traditionally, Basmati is one of the most precious rice varieties in the world! Our Basmati wholemeal rice is cultivated under the best, natural conditions on the copious grounds of Dehradun, in the mountains of Himalaya.

A high value of nutrients, vitamins and trace elements is essential for a optimum croop yield! Grinded to flour (use i.e. a coffee mill) this rice is suitable for PF-Tek!

The main differnece between this selected Basmati wholemeal rice and conventional rice is the brown color and the crude hull. Basmati wholemeal rice contains the nutrient rich sliver-hull.
