Reishi counts to one of the oldest an most effective natural remedies in history. In traditional chinese medicine, it has been used for more than 4000 years. This mushroom is usually associated with health and relaxation, a long life-time, high sexual activity, wisdom and happiness.

Fruiting in the bag:
This substrate bag includes a micro filter which allowes gas exchange (so the Reishi can breathe but also prevents dry up and diffusion of contaminations. This enables to let the mycelium in the bag during fruiting! Just put the bag in your room (temperature should be approx. 21 - 27 ° C), and harvest your own Reishi after 2 - 3 month. The frutibodys will grow like horns in the bag. Growing is finished when the top of this horns turn from white / yellowish color into redbrown. Please do not open the bag until harvesting, otherwise the mycelium will dry up!
