Handling:
Fill all working material through opening into glove bag, close with clip and then fill with filtrated, sterile air. Plastic coupling silicon tube, air filter, pump closing clips, and glove liners come with bag! As soon as the Glove Bag is filled with clean air to its full size you can start to work. (Please put the pump off and close the silikon tube with the clip. If your works take longer time, you may have to pump again air into the bag.)

To reduce contamination hazard, you may spray the inside of the Glove Bag and the working materials with workspace disinfect. Please, open spores, mycelium cultures, agar medium and other "living" working materials not until the Glove Bag was filled to its full size!

For easy-going work we recommend to use a flag stone (marmoreal) or similar for worktop (not included in delivery).

For more safety and to reduce costs, we fill the bag with filtered air instead of inert gas. The air is absorbed by the pump and filtered with a Tube-Mikrofilter. This filter will clean the air from all particles which are larger than 0,2 µ (mold spores, contamination). So you can get a sterile workspace in a simply and cheap way.
