Parafilm is a flexible film. It is used for sealing or protecting vessels (i.e. petri dishes). It is very strechable (approx. 200 %), modable, waterproof. odorless, thermoplastic, semitransparent and self-adhering. Parafilm can also be used to further seal a lidded container against moisture for long time storage (to save your mycelium coppys).
