Setting straight my previous comment!
I WAS WRONG! The problem the growth stopped wasn't simply gas exchange! After inoculation I stupidly closed the 4 holes wrongly thinking they might contaminate through them. After some time oxygen depleted and the growth stopped. When I realized this I re-opened the 4 holes and now I am beginning to see the growth again.
So... MY previous REVIEW that criticized the PF - Tech Substrate WAS WRONG
